Brooke Mullins is the Director and Licensed Conveyancer at Mullins Conveyancing, based in Warners Bay and serving buyers and sellers across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the wider Hunter Valley.
Brooke has been in the conveyancing industry for 19 years. She started as a receptionist at a small conveyancing firm in 2005, progressed to Conveyancing Assistant, then went on to study at Macquarie University, completing the Conveyancing Law & Practice course in 2010 and obtaining her licence shortly after.
When you engage Mullins Conveyancing, you deal directly with Brooke throughout your matter — not a junior clerk or a call centre. From reviewing your contract to liaising with agents, banks, and the other side's solicitor, Brooke handles every detail personally.
